RETURN POLICY

We sincerely feel that all of our customers will be happy with all products purchased from Kockey Wear. If, however you would like to return an item, we will fully refund you for the price of the product, less shipping, if the item is returned to us, unused and in a pre-paid package. It will be at our discretion whether the product has been used or not. Please send the original receipt back with the item. Note any item we feel has been used will not be refunded or returned back to you.

3 Reasons for items that are being returned, they must be the wrong size, wrong item shipped or defective. All returned items must be authorized by Kockey Wear to do so please email us at sales@kockeywear.com within 5 business days of receiving the product so that you qualify for return or exchange. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
