Return / Exchange Standards & Conditions
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal or human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with markings or other stains (deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted.
- We cannot exchange or return headwear (toques, hats, masks, etc) for hygienic reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / refund. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2 to 5 business days, for the value of the item(s) returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item(s). Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Which also includes all orders over $100 which qualify for "free shipping". In the case of a dispute on what credit will be returned we will forward a copy of your shipping invoice on your request. Total costs returned would be the item(s) purchased less shipping costs.
Only exchange orders qualify for free shipping back to the customer.
Please also note that clearance items and any major sales events are all final sale. Exchanges can be made within 30days of purchase for the same item (in another size) or other items if the item paid for is not in stock.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning / exchanging item(s). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
